Newly built apartment with 2 large terraces. Directly on Eifelsteig and Ravel cycle path. With stream at the house. New building including new furniture and unique architectural style.
Newly built 170 sqm Non smoking apartment for up to 12 people in a scenic location, located directly on the forest with a stream. Ideal for children to play with.
The hiking and cycling trails (Eifelsteig and Ravel Route) are directly accessible from the house. The 2 associated balconies give a unique view of meadows, trees and the running next to the house Grölisbach free. The two balconies are characterized by a size of 35 sqm and 12 sqm and invite you to enjoy the afternoon sun together.
In the apartment there are 4 bedrooms. Much of the bedroom has a large picture window with direct access to one of the two balconies.
In the apartment there is also a fully equipped, cozy, new kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee maker, microwave and fridge freezer.
