Positive: We had an amazing time with our lovely hosts. They are very welcoming and will give you advice on how to enjoy your stay in Durmitor. The house is just like the pictures, spacious and cunfortable even if the stairs are a bit stiff. We definitely recomand this great place!

Positive: Smeštaj se nalazi na zaista lepom mestu, nedaleko od centra Žabljaka. Domaćini su bili veoma ljubazni i predusretljivi, a apartman je bio maksimalno čist i uredan i imao je sve što je neophodno za ugodan boravak.

Negative: Mali minus dajemo iz razloga nedostatka privatnosti, imajući u vidu da su naši domaćini boravili u kući koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini i da nismo bili u mogućnosti da koristimo sto i klupe u hladovini iza kuće, s obzirom da su ih uglavnom koristili domaćini.

Positive: We loved that it was closed to the city center and it had the amazing patio on the front and back to chill outside! The hosts were so sweet and friendly! The house was neat and clean and had everything we needed!

Positive: The location was great. Right in the middle of the Marais. The size of the apartment was sufficient and spacious for Paris. Nice building. Felt safe. We loved the Boulangerie Brigat around the corner.

Negative: Overall the cleanliness was unacceptable. The dishes in the cupboards were all dirty. The surfaces, "sofa" and blankets hadn't been cleaned properly in a long time, it seemed. So much so, that we didn't really want to sit on the "sofa", which was not actually a sofa but a single bed. This made it uncomfortable, since there were no cushions. The bathroom was missing a bin and a drain plug. The kitchen utensils were very basic. And there was an old water leakage on the ceiling which was not painted over. Overall there is no attention to detail. All that aside, the biggest issue we had was massive mould in the bedroom closet and on the window frame. It smelled quite heavily in the bedroom and we did not feel comfortable sleeping in there. We didn't want our peace and quiet disturbed during our stay, so we mentioned the mould after leaving. The owner said she did not know about the mould situation and stated she had now taken care of it. But when we asked for a partial refund, she didn't respond anymore, which was disappointing and unprofessional. The fact that the mould was not recognized before, although it was quite a lot, underlines the feeling that the apartment is not taken care of properly, but a money making machine.

Positive: - Best location - on the same street as the Musée Carnavalet, steps away from the coolest Parisienne boutiques, bistros, boulangeries, cafes....central enough where a 10 minute walk gets you into 1st arr, 10 arr....you have 3 metro lines within walking distance. - Apt looks into a very quiet courtyard so street noise is not an issue - An elevator always a plus in a Paris walkup - Good size apt. - Comfy bed. Daybed in the main room was also used as bed every night - was very comfy but I am short @ 5'3'' - taller than 5'7'', you may have issue with the daybed - Linens / towels were hotel clean - Initial contact and receiving of key, info etc (Phillipe) was delightful. Very french and friendly.

Negative: Overall a great apartment however the bathroom and kitchen fixtures could use an upgrade.

Positive: The property is very cosy. It has a homie type of feeling. The view was really pretty like straight from a wallpaper. All around the yard was accessible. My kids love walking around and explore. Very clean and organized. The host was so so sweet to us. They made sure we are comfortable. We slept like a baby every night away from the noise. Definitely will try to book a trip next time.

Summary: It was a special and relaxing getaway trip for my family.

Positive: Beautiful location.Cosy ,clean ,well equipped house.The hosts Vesna and Zoric were super friendly and helpful.They made us feel very welcome. Nice walk from property to black lake and to the town of Zablijak .Plenty of good restaurants and supermarkets in Zablijak .Short drives to Tara canyon where we enjoyed zip lining and river rafting.
