Positive: A very clean 2 room apartment ( kitchen/dining and bedroom) and separate bathroom. Large fridge, AC & fans. I checked in at 2am - wasn’t a problem, just rang the bell and 5 mins later owner arrived. Owners very pleasant, helpful people. I found no fault with the property. ( I didn’t use TV or wifi so can’t comment on these)

Positive: I recently had the pleasure of staying in this centrally located guest house for a very reasonable price. The location is unbeatable, making it easy to explore the city. They provided me both early check-in and late checkout. Hosts Magdalin and Festus were rally nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area or to use this property for transit.

Negative: The ac was not working, then I got the room changed. The new room had the tap and shower leaking. The rooms are not fit for staying and needs to be completely renovated. I had?spoken go the owner, who did give me a 20% discount on the price to compensate.?But I would like to inform other travelers who go to. Negambo fo r restful sleep before or after a flight.

Positive: Owner was very nice. Beds have a mosquito net, although we did need to use it at all. The owner gave us a power extension cord since we just arrived from abroad and didn't have any adaptors. The town is very clean and nice. There was even a separate kitchen.
