There is free public parking nearby. Smoking is not allowed in the house, but there is a garden where you can do so.
The house has a large kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave and electric kettle. The living room has comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and washing machine. An ironing board and iron are also available.

Built in an old oil mill, the house is located in Civezza in the San Lorenzo Valley, only 5 minutes by car from the sea and the beaches of San Lorenzo al Mare, a village where the beautiful cycle path begins.
The house is an excellent base for your day trips and excursions, you can visit: Porto Maurizio, Cervo, Alassio, Bussana Vecchia, Sanremo and the French Riviera. You can also ride the mountain bike trails that pass through the villages of Cipressa, Civezza, Costarainera, Pietrabruna, San Lorenzo al Mare, Lingueglietta, Torre Paponi, Boscomare. At San Lorenzo al Mare, on the old railway track, the cycle path begins, which in a short time has become the most important tourist attraction on the Riviera di Ponente.
On an easy 24 km track, all on the flat, you can admire the beauty of the Mediterranean Sea, the Ligurian terraces, and the colour of the flowers while cycling, running, or simply walking with the sun and the breeze to keep you company. Starting from San Lorenzo al Mare, you will then pass through Costarainera, Cipressa, Santo Stefano al Mare, Riva Ligure, Arma di Taggia, Bussana di Sanremo, Sanremo and finally arrive in Ospedaletti. But if you simply want to rest and sunbathe by the sea, our beautiful beaches await you.
