Negative: My teenager needed a separate room which was not available. We booked a 6 people apartment, we were 5 but children like when they are treated like adults :) Grill was missing in the apartment.

Positive: The location was perfect - on the lake Saimaa. The apartment was very spacious. Pool area is very big and has two slides and sauna area for men and women. Check in and check out process was very fast and easy. Recptionists were very helpful in question of tourists attrctions and general questions about facilities.

Negative: Our bed was two twin beds and was moving apart all the time.

Positive: Nice place. Easy to reach it from our home city.

Negative: It was a bit too crowded, but it was autumn kids holidays week.

Positive: The hotel is big,wide and in good shape

Negative: Seriously understaffed as we were waiting 40 minutes in a queue for check-in Robes and slippers are charged extra at the reception desk,what should not happen for this class of hotel Check-in at 6pm - check out 10am ( i feel that one day they will just ask to send money without even coming )
