Summary: The property is more than adequate but the setting is unbelievable. Photos can never do it justice. Emanuela and Marco are lovely people and so helpful, it’s a shame we only got to meet them at the end of our stay. A hire car is a must and you have to embrace the area to make the most of it. Rome is an easy journey on the local train.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay. Our hosts were wonderful - Incredibly welcoming, warm and supportive. They were both very helpful in offering helpful travel advice for the local area and Rome itself. The flat was perfect with all the necessary amenities. Clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for access to Romes surrounding areas. The train station is just 10 mins drive and 25minutes into Rome. We definitely hope to stay again!

Summary: Olivi apartment was exactly what we were looking for to escape from our busy life. Apartment had everything we needed to start with. Lovely basket was provided for the first day including wine :)kitchen very well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Little things like coffee tea sugar was provided as well along with Emanuela and Marco excellent hospitality including delicious local treats they kindly shared with us. Communication before hands and during our stay fast and informative. If you need guidance simply ask Marco. Lovely cat Lola and dog Margo was a great addition for our kids who love animals. Everything was superb ohhh and the view … what can I say we loved it. One thing when you’re renting a car go small. Roads around this area are narrow and drivers are … confident. Emanuela and Marco once again thank you for your fantastic hospitality.

Summary: We booked our holiday last minute. The owners were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The property itself is beautiful, and is equipped with everything you need. We have two small boys and they were up at 6am and in the pool and we couldn't get them out. The location is perfect for experiencing a range of different days out. You can get to Rome on the train in 20 minutes, the lakes and beaches are a short drive and the local town is really lovely. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here in your beautiful Villa Stauder very much and found the perfect combination of visiting Rome and relaxing in a quiet surrounding we were hoping for. Thank you for the delicious welcome basket, the warm welcome from you (we hope to speak at least a bit of Italian next time).
