Summary: This property is exactly as described and pictured in their listing. Lovely swimming pool with loungers and chairs to relax. Each apartment has tables and chairs under covered area. Fairly remote and quiet, except for passing trains that soon dont notice, but nice walk, 20 mins, into town down an off road gravel path. Good, largish, supermarket opposite for groceries Town has many, many nice restaurants. There is a train station in passignano which we used to travel to perugia and florence.
