Positive: Great communication from the start from Patrick so there were no surprises regarding where to park, key codes etc. The flat is in a quiet cul-de-sac up one flight of stairs and the accommodation is thoughtfully furnished throughout so it really feels like a home from home. Balloch is a great starting point for your highland adventures, of which, we had many and each culminating in a visit to the pub by the river. Highly recommended.

Positive: We highly recommend staying at this apartment! Check-in and checkout was very easygoing. Host was very friendly and helpful, took very good care of us and answered all our questions. Apartment was so amazing arranged and specious. Kichen was very well equipped, it had everything you need and more, in kitchen you will even find some candles and spices and board games in the living room! Bed was very large and comfortable and there was a huge smart TV in bedroom. Host even took care of the atmospheric lighting in the apartment. Everything was perfect! We would definitely rent it again when we visit Balloch again. Ewelina & Dawid

Positive: The apartment was very welcoming, comfortable and relaxing. Everything was there we required and it was within walking distance of all the attractions.

Negative: There was a slight problem with the television which Patrick assisted with. Not a criticism just a suggestion - an information folder would be helpful regarding the actual apartment. Directions and suggestions of places to visit were provided prior to our arrival which we appreciated.
