Positive: The staff is very welcoming and helpful. We had a unit with 2 bedrooms and it got 2 nice spacious balconies with a lovely view of the pool.

Positive: Very well located, 10 minutes by car from the center of Hoi An. The staff is extremely generous, they always treated us with great attention and had all the information to help us experience the city! The resort has an incredible breakfast, spacious room, quality sheets and towels that always smell good! It also has a restaurant with delicious food and great prices! “Sunny”, staff’s member, was always very helpful and generous with our family!

Negative: The elevator and the hall near our room smelled musty, even though everything was clean. But we went in the winter, it was raining a lot and we noticed that many places in the city were like that. I think it was because of the cold and rainy weather.

Negative: Breakfast a bit cold - those warmers just don't seem to keep breakfast hot!

Positive: The best service I have ever experienced in all my travels. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Key standouts were Sonny and Tram - simply amazing people, friendly and helpful.

Positive: As I mentioned in my review before it was wonderful in every way. I stayed with my wife and son, my brother with family and my parents. Everybody enjoyed the stay in a wonderful place with a lovingly caring staff. Thank you Coco river - waiting to visit you again in future
