Summary: This hotel had been booked for some time and we did online checkin a few days before. When booking as a couple you would expect your double bed but get two singles pushed together. Also requested a quiet room away from lifts, stairs and roads as we are light sleepers. We were allocated a room at the top of the stairs and next to a fire door. Noise throughout the night with people talking outside the room and banging the fire door. We raised this at checkout and was very disappointed with the response half hearted response ‘oh well we were full’. The room was also a little dusty and windows could have been in a better state of repair.

Summary: A lovely hotel beautiful surroundings. Room was amazing very comfortable bed. We ate there 2 nights and the food was amazing. A delicious breakfast plenty to choose from.

Summary: The hotel is absolutely beautiful in every way!! Its clean the rooms are clean its spotless. The staff are all wonderful and understanding, helpful. I really cant speak highly enough about the hotel and its staff. Its so homely got a lovely atmosphere. Its just wonderful love it so much!!!!

Summary: We loved the hotel it is beautiful. The breakfast was beautiful fresh hot and very tastey. The staff are very nice too friendly and helpful. The hotel was the best we have stayed!!!!
