Positive: Very spacious well-equipped room in a motel style Comfy beds Generous shower room Friendly staff Gentle relaxed atmosphere in the village Facilities nearby

Negative: Very very hot water in bathroom This is a pay-on-arrival venue and (like so many Dutch hospitality businesses) doesn't accept Visa - so stock up on cash or arrange a special bank account for travelling in the Netherlands

Positive: It was clean and adequate. New shower room. The location is gorgeous, it is very very quiet in the night. The road in front of the property is very very busy, but in the accommodation we didn't hear anything after about nine. That is very unusual. We love the feeling of just being near trees and for us it was very nice that not a lot people were present at the night we were there.

Negative: I was very disappointed. Last time we could put the car in front of the small cottage. My husband had an awful year with bandages around his leg and I have 3 other diagnosed illnesses so I particular choose this location because of the parking. When we came there on friday there was a festival planned on saturday and every inch were with empty chairs and tables for the next day. So I had to haul my luggage including the bandage materials for my husband from the street back to the cottage. For well young people not a problem, for me it was very very very hard. I have cried for half an hour before I even attempted to do it. And they could have left a small way for the car and put the tables and chairs on the other morning there. But there was no means I could persuade the owner to do that. Very bad , I didn't see the need and will never go there again. Another problem was the floor in the shower room. I almost slipped there. The floor was slippery maybe due to cleaning stuff or due to shower gel or shampoo by the last user, but I fett myself gliding away and there was not a rail or a anti slipping strip to prevent this happening. And the beds were not of the best quality. We couldn't sleep well. The mattresses definetely need updating in our opinion.

Positive: Excellent room, comfortable beds and chairs. Bathroom with shower. Fridge and microwave in the hall. Place to park car or bikes near room. Good breakfast, great place for drinks (on terrace and inside). Supermarket accross the road.
