Positive: I liked how quiet it was and how even though it’s in condos it’s an easy access. It had enough space for my family.

Negative: That the dish washer was broken and I needed to buy dish soap. I saw reviews about the blinds and I kept thinking that was silly to complain about but when you are in the bathroom you don’t want to think the condo across the way can see in through the broken blinds. So I think fixing the blinds and dishwasher would be nice.

Summary: This was convenient and fun. We loved going to the pool and the staff there were super friendly.

Positive: Great location, 20 min to Waterville Valley and 7 min to a food truck pod in Campton. The unit felt private even though there are multiple nearby units. Great spot to crash after skiing. The condo itself is looking a bit tired and old, bathroom was the worst. Not dirty but many, stains, ceiling holes and broken blinds.

Summary: Quiet and comfy condo to crash for a few nights while skiing.

Positive: Great layout, loved the sleeping quarters downstairs and living, kitchen area upstairs. Lots of space in general. Nice mud room on entry.

Negative: No a/c units upstairs, and it was very hot upon arrival. This also was not listed in the posting, should be transparent about this information.

Summary: Great spot to do the Jigger Johnson ultras!
