Positive: This is one of multiple apartments that are rented on Booking.com, the house has 2 apartments per floor. This apartment has a beautiful view and everything one needs for a vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, the bed is very comfortable, the balcony is big and has a table with 4 chairs. The apartment can fit 4 people easily as it has 2 separate bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower and a bath tub, which makes it great for relaxing after a day of skiing. There is an underground parking available with 1 spot per apartment. The house is equipped with an elevator.

Negative: When we arrived, at about 18.00 in the afternoon, the apartment was cold. There is floor heating in all rooms which can be manually set. The temperature was set everywhere to 15 degrees. We changed it to the max (30 degrees) and waited until the morning, but the apartment was still cold. We needed to call the staff 3 times to get the heating working. The cause was the low temperature of the water set at the central heating in the basement. The staff wasn't very polite and asked us to wait even longer, after more than 12 hours of having the heating on max without any result. Besides that, there was a slight cigarette smell in the apartment every time we entered. It wouldn't go away by opening windows or lighting scented candles. If you plan to come with more than 1 car, be aware that on the street where the apartment is located are no parking spaces.
