Summary: We had a wonderful time at the Hobbit House in Louisville! The house is gorgeous and in a great location. There are several coffee shops & restaurants within walking distance. The host was great as well, and made sure we had everything needed for a great stay. If I find myself back in Louisville I would definitely book this property again!

Summary: Our family met here to celebrate Christmas since we live in different cities. It was perfect for us and beds comfy. Kitchen was small but had everything we needed for the little cooking we did. Good job of updating it! We would rent again.

Summary: We had a 4 night stay at the Hobbit House during Bourbon and Beyond Festival. The house is very clean and well appointed. Ample street parking if bringing more than one vehicle. Several restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The neighbors were incredibly friendly and we spent much of our time on the front porch with coffee watching the happenings of the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again when back in town.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was our first visit to Louisville and we found that the location of this property was perfect for getting around. Quiet neighborhood. Cute little coffee shop across the street and several shops as well within walking distance. Freddie was an excellent host. Would highly recommend.

Summary: The Hobbit House is absolutely incredible. Fredie is very friendly and helpful. The house was super clean and the location is excellent. They have done a fantastic job renovating the house. I don’t have enough good things to say about this property. If you’re ever in Louisville, you need to check this place out.
