Positive: Clean, beautiful surroundings. Amazing breakfast. Exceptional manager that we met called An. Very helpful. Generally throughout the resort the staff happy and helpful.

Negative: Pool didn’t have rails to get in and out easier..otherwise nothing

Positive: Staff was good, at least most of them. Loved the people working in the restaurant. Pool was nice and empty, temperature good and the location of the resort is really nice. Directly on the beach.

Negative: Rooms are standard, not like a 4 star hotel. AC really loud, it wasnt clean as expected. Beach was clean but you dont wanna swim hear (plastic and seems to be dirty). Breakfast was, let me say, a bit difficult.

Positive: We like the resort’s garden. Green and tidy. It has a private beach, nice place to relax under shade of palm trees. The pool is also nice and clean. Breakfast is good enough. We love our room, located on second floor with garden views. Everything is exact in photos. The resort’s restaurant served nice meals and excellent services. There are plenty restaurants on the street but having meals here in a quiet, relaxing and open space with fresh ocean air is quite enjoyable. There were one or two group tours on our first day of our arrival. They were noisy, especially at breakfast. They talked very loud on video calls, did not seem to respect public space. We know it is not easy for resort staff to ask them not to raise their voice in public. However, we hope resort could raise this issue to tour guides. Even us Vietnamese feel very much disturbed. Thank you for excellent services from resort staff. They are polite, friendly and helpful. Better uniform might bring much more professional look for the services.
