Negative: The first room we had was filthy and stank of smoke, the replacement wasn’t much better. This hotel is in dire need of a professional refurbishment, not the botched DIY job that has been attempted.

Positive: Although the hotel was very quiet because of Tet new year. Staff were really helpful. Lovely comfortable bed. We got upgraded to a room with a bath and shower at the front of the hotel. Which was good, apart from loud music from the street below.
