Positive: Location was perfect. We stayed in this hotel because it was close to the highway to Edirne and provided easy exit. It had parking for our car. The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helped us with the checkin.

Negative: There was a minor problem with the toilet - it fills the toilet tank with water really slowly. It was a bit noisy and inconvenient.

Negative: The room was never serviced. The reception staff do not speak English. I had to ask for bath towel every day. By the end of my stay the garbage overflowed. Had to buy my own toilet tissue.

Negative: nothing much I didn’t like about this hotel, generally was good.

Summary: Booked by mistake (I meant to book HMZ premium) but, end up pleasant mistake.😀

Positive: The breakfast was very poor for 8 euro. Butter only one day out of 3, boiled eggs and fresh bread 2 days out of 3, olives - horribly sour. The location in front of the bus station is very convenient.

Negative: Persistent smell of cigarette smoke. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The windows are not sound proof. The son stayed in a room without windows.

Summary: It is not a 4 star hotel.

Negative: Breakfast was not good enough. AC remote was not working well. Bathroom facilities were not very well and were not well fixed. The room was not soundproof.
