Negative: Our room did not have wifi yet, toilet is a bit far and is advisable to bring a portable toilet for old people who frequent toilet visits especially at night. Kept banging our head because of low clearance but it is not the property’s fault; slippery stairs going up again not the property’s fault because we stayed while it was raining and fogging (Dec 24)

Positive: We just loved the warm welcome of Gloria and her husband. They showed us around explaining thing about the baleh and way of live. To sleep in the baleh was a great experience, I have seldom slept that good. The view was amazing. It is very easy to reach the town and sights. As we came from the mountain province and had lots of trouble driving because of landslides due to 3 typhoons (and a 4th one coming in) we felt it was better to drive back to Manila earlier. Hence we stayed a night shorter. That was a shame. This is a place to spend at least 2 nights.

Negative: Personally we have found the communications upfront a bit 'harsh'. Because of that we didnt feel so welcome upfront (which turned to be more than okay after arrival). Because of the 3 typhoons we were a bit reluctant to arrange tours ahead. Of course people need time to areange thing, which is understandable. In our defense, we wanted to have some flexibility in case of trouble. There seemed to be little understanding about our point of view. We thought that 'softer' communications would have made us feel a bit more comfortable.

Positive: Ambience is perfect for relaxation. We enjoyed staying in thier nipa hut. Nice view, cool weather and a very good experience. Will be definitely going back there.
