Summary: We had limited time for a short getaway. This property was perfect for our family with plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed playing games and getting away for a short trip. Only an hour drive through beautiful Cimarron canyon towards ski resorts and a quiet neighborhood.

Summary: The property was great but I received check out instructions after we had already left the property. We did pretty much everything anyways except removing the sheets. The listing says pet friendly but does not have anywhere to check that you have a pet in order to charge you. Owner left me a bad review and charged me 75 because I didnt reach out and tell them I had a pet and I left sheets on the bed. Also fees were insane. Whatever the nightly rate was it was actually double that. Have used vrbo dozens of times and have never experienced such extreme fees.
