Positive: Definitely the view it was stunning. The communication between myself and the owner was very efficient they kept me updated with everything.

Negative: We really enjoyed our stay and the neighbors were very welcoming. We was sharing the land around the property so were a little unsure of what part of the outdoors we could spend time on (having two kids and a dog) as we didn’t want to encroach.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay, it was a lovely accommodation with great views.

Positive: This is a lovely property in a lovely location. The flat is bright and spacious and very clean. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were welcomed with a card and some supplies on arrival - a nice touch. Our dog was very happy here too and settled right in. The sweeping views of the river and the downs here are beautiful, especially in the early morning. We really appreciated being able to park on site and enjoyed the outdoor garden space. Friendly neighbours too! It's a short walk along the verge to the village which is very pretty and has a beautiful old church. Communication with our host before, during and after our visit has been excellent. Highly recommended - would love to stay again.

Negative: The road is quite busy, which we knew - we still slept very well. There is no pavement outside, but it's possible, with care, to walk a few minutes to the village along the grass verge.
