Summary: Super fun rental! If you are looking for not your average rental this is it! The history of the property is cool! We met the host and he was very nice and had lots of recommendations for the area. Very close to everything on foot.

Summary: This studio was just right in every sense, especially how clean it was. The indoor space allowed privacy and having parking onsite for up to 3 was surprising. The convenience of walking can not be overstated - literally within 15 min. of nearly everything we did. Greg is a top notch host - gracious and welcoming.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Greg’s Historic Recording Studio. The place is seriously cool and has such a fun, unique vibe. If you love music, great decor, and a stay with personality, this place rocks!We especially loved the jukebox, the instruments, the artwork, and all the thoughtful touches throughout the home. It felt comfortable, creative, and unlike anywhere else we’ve stayed. We were also so grateful we could bring our dog, PJ, which made the getaway even more special.The location was fantastic, close to so many great spots in St. Augustine. Greg was a great host, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable, music-filled, and pet-friendly stay.

Summary: The recording studio was a great place to stay, and we'll try to stay here again when we come back to St. Augustine. Greg (the host) was excellent about communicating, check-in and check-out were easy, the location was good, and the studio itself was clean, comfortable, interesting, and stylishly decorated. My one suggestion would be to update the amenities listing: Expedia says the studio includes laundry facilities, but when we checked in we found a sign saying that the washer/dryer were for housekeeping use only (not for guests). It turned out to be no problem for us, but it could have been if we'd packed/planned differently.
