This historic 1898 home is on Main Street in Ouray, Colorado, and has a private driveway for parking. We are located directly across from Fellin Park, with easy access to the park and dog-walking trail. It's a short two-minute walk to Ouray Hot Springs. We are right on Main Street, a short walk in the other direction to all the restaurants, shopping, and downtown hangout spots. You will be centrally located for any activity.

Ouray is known as "The Switzerland of America" because the mountains rise straight up out of town. Its small mountain town vibe is rooted in its mining history. You won't find a better place to "escape from it all" than Ouray.
Our house is centrally located, within easy walking distance to the Hot Springs, Uncompahgre River, hiking trails, and downtown Ouray, which features local restaurants and shops.
We are a pet-friendly place, and we love our furry friends. For a $100 pet fee, you can bring your four-legged friend with you on vacation. A maximum of two pets are allowed. Please do not leave your pet unattended and pick up after your dog. Please be mindful of your noise level.

Summary: Wonderful location in a beautiful town. Perfect for families with the park quite literally across the street and the Hot Springs pools just beyond. Everything is in walking diatance; parks, pool, restaurants, the Ouray brewery, grocery store and all the other various shops in town. The house gave us plenty of room for all six of us to stretch our legs. Overall, a great place to stay in town, especially for families.
