Positive: The location was great and the house immaculate. There was plenty of room for us.
Negative: The air conditioning was set at 75 and we could not change it. (There was a sign next to the thermostat stating the cooling would come on once someone entered the house. When I tried to change the temperature, there was no way to do so.)While that was fine for the day, it was too warm for sleeping. I reached out to the owners FOUR times with no reply (once via text, once via email, and twice by calling and leaving messages). While I was not happy about not being able to change the thermostat to my liking, I was even more annoyed by their lack of response. I would not go there again.

Positive: The location was excellent. Enjoyed the pool table. House and neighboring homes were beautiful. Parking/garage was great. Quiet neighborhood.
Negative: Numbers on unit entry doors in front and rear of the house would've been helpful to indicate entry to second level apt. Larger bath towels, mirror in bedroom since there’s one bath only, outlet in bedrooms that has been updated to support hair dryers etc…with ground prong. Advance notice that entry steps, especially in back are very steep. Keurig did not function consistently. It worked once and then would not work again.

Positive: The location was perfect. The owner met us and was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen had all the basic necessities present which always makes for a better short time stay.
Negative: It would have been helpful to have more towel bars in the bathroom.

Negative: Lighting in bedrooms could have been brighter.
