Summary: We came from Upstate New York to enjoy a Christmas gathering with local family and friends. Our overnight group totaled five and we hosted a game night that totaled fourteen. Ample room for festivities with all of the amenities that we needed. The house waslovely, clean, and exceeded our expectations. The property owner was attentive prior to the trip and friendly to work with. We will stay again when our travel brings us to back to the Middletown/Frederick, MD, area - soon! Thank you!

Summary: The farmhouse was the cleanest property I've ever stayed in. It was bright and cheery. The surrounding countryside is peaceful and gorgeous. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us to spread out, and plenty of space for us to gather for family meals. It was perfect!

Summary: The house had it all and then some. Traveling with 4 adults and 4 kids to the Maryland Horse Trials at Loch Moy Farm, this house was perfect to come home to at the end of the day. The kitchen had everything you needed, the beds were so comfortable and the view was breath taking. I would highly recommend this home to everyone.
