Summary: Communication with the owner of this property was outstanding from requesting to book all the way through till we checked out. This little condo is in a perfect quiet neighbor hood and only a short walk to downtown Kingsport. This was the perfect place to stay and would absolutely come back and stay here again.

Summary: This cozy little duplex was nicely decorated with the kind of furnishings that gave it character yet comfort. It had everything you needed unless a dishwasher is a must. The bed in the main bedroom was a Tempur-pedic which we weren't crazy about, but maybe other people like. The owners were very considerate and helpful, and the property was in a great location. I would stay there again.

Summary: The house was perfect for our stay, we were less than ten minutes from family we were visiting. The rental it's self was in great condition, we had no issues with anything. If it's available the next time we visit we will definitely be staying again.
