Our individually designated Historic Home is located in the beautiful Monroe Historical District, only 1 block to UNC Campus, 1 block to cafes and restaurants, and 4 blocks to downtown. This cozy victorian home has three bedrooms, two baths, dining room, living room, an all new kitchen, a charming front porch and a spacious back deck. You can experience true historic charm with all the modern comforts of home. Walk to the University of Northern Colorado or downtown Greeley, or just stay in and enjoy this house!
Our two story home has two bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen, living and dining area downstairs and a full bedroom and bath, complete with claw foot tub, upstairs. Relax on the front porch or enjoy the large back yard and the rear deck. There is plenty of on the street parking in front and secure, gated off street parking in the back. The whole house is yours.
The kitchen is fully remodeled and the house has new A/C, heat, hot water, electrical and internet.

Summary: Clean and wonderfully decorate with older furniture to match the home. Walking distance to coffe shop and a Mexican shop that had excellent burritos. Wish we had been staying longer than one night.

Summary: We are three senior ladies travelling to watch the Shetland Sheepdog National Specialy. This is a lovely century home decorated in period style. The house was comfortable and spacious. Since we were 3 women, a few more plugs would have been helpful, especially upstairs. The upstairs bathroom lighting could have been brighter for makeup application. Also a nightstand would have been nice in the upstairs bedroom. We had an issue with the door lock which was quickly remedied by our hostess. She was super to deal with and quick to respond . Overall a very pleasant stay!

Summary: We were happy to be able to land in this home for a few days while checking our son into college. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was well appointed and the air conditioning worked well (it was mid 90s during our stay). If I were to change one thing it would be to put a sectional in the sitting room. We like to hang out together and the furniture did not accommodate that.

Summary: Spacious historical property in a great location. Plenty of parking outside and easy check in. Lovely comfortable beds, great backyard and excellent washer/dryer in the basement. The only thing was there wasnt really space for our family of 4 to relax in the lounge but otherwise a great property.
