Positive: Two aspects should be given for granted in a 5 star hotel like Hilton: 1) all personnel facing customers must speak english (at Hilton Yancheng, most of them did not) 2) at breakfast multiple chioices of Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian dishes should be on offer with clear description of the same (at Hilton Yancheng there were very little to none Vegetarian dishes, with very confusing descriptor labels)
Negative: Personnel facing customers not speaking English and lack of Vegetarian dishes on offer at breakfast. These things are expected in a five star hotel

Positive: All the facilities in the hotel were clean and beautiful. It's a hotel with a very satisfying quality. In particular, the hotel staff were so kind and provided customer-first service. I received a response from Mr.Peter, and thanks to him, I had a very comfortable business trip from check-in to check-out. I will use the Hilton Hotel for Peter's kind response on my next business trip. ps. good scape
