Summary: Excellent stay arriving in the dark it was difficult to find Multi storey access on floor 8 as we didn’t know we had to access from the car park

Summary: The room is clean but the AC control was hard to adjust. The tea set was put much too low for us to reach. It's nice that you provided us with 3 water can drinks daily. Other hotel did not provide any water at all.

Summary: Reception welcome was wonderful. £7 to rent a film to watch is a bit much. Tiny tea cups in the room not proper mugs and only instant coffee was a disappointment. Bed very comfortable. Good breakfast but not much low carb or vegan. Parking very convenient.
