Summary: This property was too large for us. I was also disappointed by the lack of umbrellas/shade. Overall just too much commotion/big for us. The boat captain was our highlight

Summary: The resort was really nice but they definitely nickeled and dimed you out of everything. Luau was wayyyyy over priced and for what we pay to stay at the resort they should have a shuttle that picks you up from the airport and takes you. I also didn’t like the 120 dollar a day damage hold that’s just ridiculous you shouldn’t be charging anyone a fee for every day they are there! Other than that the resort was really nice and clean I loved my room it had two balcony’s and a comfortable bed! The views were nice too. The food wasn’t that great and the water stations to fill your bottles had warm water in them. This resort has the potential to be 5 stars but it’s not.

Summary: Their lagoon is the best. Worth every penny. Some other charges caught us by surprise, but I guess they are expected these days. Food at Island Gourmet (at Queens Market ~1mile from resort) is good quality and reasonably priced. Very close to Lava club - excellent for dinner with sunset.
