Summary: Great hotel a few blocks from the beach. A little further from the main strip on Waikiki Beach which was actually nice to be a little removed from that very busy area. Hotel restaurant was just okay but so many other options nearby. However, grab and go area was great. Activities desk was very knowledgeable. View of the ocean was gorgeous set with some of the backdrop of the city. Walking distance to the zoo. Valet service was excellent. Overall, it was a great place to stay. We’d definitely return.

Summary: On arrival we were told we needed to find parking elsewhere because the vehicle we brought was “oversized” and the lot for those were full. Spoke to the front desk about it and was referred to a manager who told us she’s worked at 4 different hotels and “that’s how it works with oversized.” She told us we could go back home and bring a smaller vehicle or find parking elsewhere and uber to the hotel. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. The room was alright but there was something that looked like blood on the sheets. Overall this hotel stay was below average compared to other hotels around the area we’ve stayed at.

Summary: This day was awesome A very clean hotel friendly people food is excellent in the dining area.. I had a noisy upstairs person that had a family with kids and they will wake us up every morning running back-and-forth and the hotel accommodated us and took off two days of hotel fees, which I felt was nice other than that it’s an awesome place to stay the hotel did tell us that we could’ve called them and they would’ve sent security upstairs, but we didn’t know that
