Summary: It is not a 5 stars Hotel. Other hotels in Town, have better Services and are cheaper Room Service very very slow...(Had to wait 40 min for 2 x bottle of wáter, 30 min for the Menú of the Room Service...) Air conditionning very noisy... If you have to work and stay in the Room during the day, you Will feel tired due to the Noise I asked for late check out a 1pm (and was approved) but Reception called me at 12h10, and at 12h30 room service also knocked my door At this price Level, there are Many Other hotels with better location and better Services (and cheaper) I Will not come back to this one

Summary: Location - Out the way. Hotel runs shuttle bus to the city at specific time, pick up and return once a day. Pre booking is required. Taxi fare can be expensive from hotel to city centre. Hotel - The hotel grounds are beautiful. Relaxing and calm atmosphere. Great swimming pools and not to deep. Kids had great fun. The beach is a few steps away which is convenient, alot of plastic washed on to the sand which was a shame other than that i really enjoyed my walks along beach. Half Board - breakfast and dinner - a good selection of cuisines. Lunch which was not included in HB. We instead bought from their poolside restaurant "Toucan". Expect to pay more than UK prices. Magarita pizza was good however chicken and pesto was bland with rip off price. Also their idea of a Taco is a Wrap! Avoid this as its over priced equivalent to £15.00 and tasted bland!. I wouldnt mind paying the price considering we had no access to any other restaurant however the flavours need to match the extotionate prices!. Staff- The recep staff are ok but feel they can be better. Spoke little English, explaining things was quite difficult. One paticular staff sits at the desk area was very rude and was insensitive when asked about medical attention. All other staff were extremely friendly,polite and hard working. The hotel should be lucky to have them. Shout out to outlet manager, EL Moataz EL Haddalahi for ensuring we were comfortable and cheked in to see if were having a good day.

Summary: We arrived at 2:30 PM to check in, but it took a while for our room to be ready. From 2:30 to 4:00 PM, we were checking with the reception, and they informed us the room was not yet available. At 4:00 PM, a kind member of the reception team noticed us resting in the lobby and asked if anyone had assisted us. We explained that we had completed the check-in process and were waiting for our room. She returned to apologize that the check-in would take a bit longer, as the rooms were still not ready. The team kindly offered us welcome drinks, which was a thoughtful gesture. At 4:40 PM, we finally received our room. After that, our stay was a great experience. We did notice some ants in the room, but it did not affect our stay. A special thank you to Hasna in the main restaurant for her positive energy and excellent cooperation—it truly made our experience even better. Overall, a pleasant stay with attentive staff who made us feel welcome.

Summary: The property is beautiful and location. Just my services experience was so so. When check-In there wasn’t enough details. They welcomed me and checked in. But didn’t tell me the dining options didn’t tell me what the hotel had to offer. I had to find out each day an ask several times. Didn’t show the price nothing is told upfront . Even checking out ,not printing out and going over receipt. If you want to bring outside food you can but signing a liability form.. which all is ok just being proactive with information in the beginning so I’m not feeling surprised or concerned. Maybe there was some activity’s I missed / event because lack on knowledge. There is no pamphlet flyer nothing. Shouldn’t have to do so much digging for information

Summary: I recently stayed at the Hilton Tangier Al Houara Resort & Spa and overall had a lovely experience. The resort is undeniably beautiful — from the well-maintained grounds to the clean and stylish interiors, everything felt inviting and peaceful. It’s an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. Our double bedroom was comfortable and tidy, but we did run into a recurring issue with the bathroom. The shower area had a flat floor with no proper incline or separation, which caused water to flow out and flood the toilet area every time we showered. It’s a design flaw that really affected the convenience of the space and definitely something that could use improvement. On a more positive note, the staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional. Their friendliness truly enhanced our stay and made us feel welcome. One aspect that disappointed me was the limited coffee options. The only choice available was Starbucks, which felt out of place in such a luxurious setting — not to mention problematic, given current boycott concerns. A broader selection of coffee choices, including local or independent alternatives, would be a meaningful and much-appreciated addition. All in all, Hilton Tangier Al Houara has a lot going for it — stunning surroundings, a high standard of cleanliness, and excellent staff. With a few adjustments, especially in the bathroom design and food/beverage offerings, it could easily reach the next level.
