Positive: Good location near Sea World and with sea view Good breakfast and dining Comfortable room and bathroom with bathtub

Negative: Quite old hotel, outdoor bar was closed without being notice in advance of our trip, outdoor pool isn’t clean nor tidy (there were cigarettes on the floor by the pool and toilet very dirty), unprofessional staff at the reception who didn’t explain clearly anything, trying to sell us the Executive lounge package which was more expensive than regular breakfast whereas we didn’t need it

Positive: This is a well appointed large hotel right near Sea World and walking paths. There are pools, restaurants and gym. The Lee are two buildings to check into. The breakfast is sufficient, we only stayed for one night but enjoyed balcony and large room. It was generally nice and very quiet inside the hotel. The staff was smiley and tried to be helpful

Positive: The old building is very cozy and has been renovated recently. The new building we find a bit out of scale and empty.

Positive: I was greeted cheerfully with help for my bags, the check-in procedure was quite quick. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, a large selection of options both western and Chinese. A package was late arriving, the staff secured my package and made sure I received it even after my checkout, super helpful and very appreciative!!! Overall a great stay.

Negative: More water in the room.

Positive: Breakfast was wonderful - huge room, comfortable, beautiful light to sit and enjoy a wide range of dishes.

Negative: Was frustrated by the fact Booking.com 'possibly' didn't describe the hotel as being on the mainland - not part of Hong Kong at all which made our arrival crossing the boarder strenuous - terribly confronting - hotel descriptor MUST explain the fact one has to cross a second border when travelling internationally.

Summary: Divine hotel - wish we had a second day to enjoy the luxurious facilities. Beautiful staff.
