Positive: We attended a concert across the street at The Sound. The location was perfect; convenient and easy to get to.

Negative: It seemed strange to have to pay for parking separately at this location. In very dense cities, paying for parking makes sense, but it did not seem like parking was a premium here.

Positive: The property was very nice. Close to the racetrack. They offered a shuttle, but we didn't know about it. The pool was wonderful. Not many people at the property made it very relaxing.

Negative: The room was handicap accessible but really wasn't. Number 1. It had a bathtub. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was not very functional. There is no outlet close to the sink to plug in curling iron or blow dryer. The living space did not have a desk to compensate for the lack of functionality in the bathroom.

Positive: Overlooking the pool, cloudy relaxing mornings, quiet for the most part except for a wedding, which went on a little late, music and all. But otherwise we would stay again.

Negative: Room was nice but we did have some ant issues, there were a few in the bathroom and we did find a couple in our bed. Not really what we wanted, but I guess some ants are better than bed bugs. Also, the furniture looked a bit dated.

Summary: We would stay again, very convenient to the race track.
