Positive: This hotel was a wonderful surprise. It is brand new and everything is absolutely immaculate — from the cleanliness and modern design to the overall atmosphere. The Christmas decorations and festive environment were outstanding and created a very warm and elegant feeling throughout the stay. The level of service exceeded expectations: every staff member was genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. The management team, especially the hotel manager, made a real difference by making us feel truly welcome, which is rare and very much appreciated. The quality of the hotel goes far beyond what is shown in the Booking.com pictures — something that almost never happens. The location in the New City area of Samarkand is excellent, with many attractions nearby, including fountains with water shows, traditional markets, modern entertainment areas, and activities for children. The availability of hotel shuttles to nearby attractions is also a big plus. Complimentary welcome services provided by the management were completely unexpected and added a very special touch to our stay.

Negative: Honestly, there is very little to criticize. The price is higher compared to some other hotels in Samarkand, but considering the premium quality of the facilities, service, and overall experience, it is absolutely worth the money.
