Positive: Overall reception & accommodating of our needs like early check-in, pet allergies etc. was absolutely great. Staff, friendly, professional & helpful throughout.

Negative: Not having an opening window is a huge downer! Feels like a prison & suffocating. Breakfast quality & presentation was disappointing for Hilton! Felt like Premier Inn! Hash browns & scrambled eggs cold! Bacon was soggy. Sausages of poor quality, not properly cooked & again, cold! Duvets are too heavy & thick for the season, having lighter options would be great.

Summary: Great custoner service, adequate quality but less than Hilton expected level.
