Summary: Two of the three elevators were broken. There were hundreds of African church groups traveling and milling about the property in swarms. The AC in my room on the 8th floor was as loud as a machine shop.

Summary: Everyone working at this hotel was amazing! It was clean and smelled wonderful. However, the A/C in our room didn’t seem to work properly. We were out of the room due to a sports event and returned late at night. We assumed it had been repaired during our long hours away. It wasn’t. Hot and miserable night. The front desk was super once we reported our issues. They assured nobody would be in that room until proper repairs were made.
