Summary: While the hotel and service was good, the communication between security and the front desk failed. We had lost our rented car key and asked the front desk if any keys had been found. We were told “no” twice but on pressing (after having a locksmith open the car, thinking the keys were locked inside-2 hour process) and searching our hotel room twice with staff assistance, it WAS at security.

Summary: The two rooms I reserved were not prepared for occupancy when I arrived at 3:00 pm. Although not a Hilton issue, the noise level of outside music revelry made my bed vibrate and I was unable to go to sleep until 1:30 am on the two nights of my stay. I appreciated the personableness and helpfulness of staff. Location of the Hotel was super regarding my plans for the stay.

Summary: First off customer service amazing. I walked in looking and feeling homeless, they treated me like any other person who walks in the doors. Can’t say enough how clean it was. Room was beautiful. Even with a College World Series crowd it was still easy to get the help I needed.

Summary: Pool is so loud the Hot tub is useless for relaxing - being better prepared for out of town guests coming in during major events (parking, check in) not sure if the whole town was graduating at the convention center or what but it was impossible to get to the hotel and park.
