Positive: The hotel was as good as most Hilton hotels. The room was comfy, clean and warm.

Negative: The restaurant maybe is little for the capacity of the hotel. I have never waited in line to get in a restaurant for breakfast, and it was a little weird and stressy, since we had an organized trip and had to hurry up. In addition, the paying process was really complicated and shady. They took a deposit from me before the arrival, which was not stated in the offer. After that, at check-in I used another card for payment at the hotel, so they returned the first deposit and drew it again from the new card. Moreover, they took some amount of money close to the cost of my stay and I thought that was for it. The personnel did not explain very well, as I said - it was too complicated. After the stay, they automatically drew from the card (I don't know how they did that, since I did not give any card info, except for paying contactless) the exact amount as stated in Booking. I don't know if it's legal to use my bank account without my knowledge and permission. And I still have not received the amount they took at checkin, it's been a week.
