Summary: Needed some hot water for my medication. From receptionist to supervisor at the front desk, everyone just told me No. No hot water, No kettle, No options even ideas for such a thing - a glass of hot water!? Until I ran out patience, another guy came by and helped me out. This hotel is lacking hot water for sure, but more seriously, the staff is lacking customer service training.

Summary: Overall the stay was fine, however, the fridge in the room was completely broken, ice machine on our floor (9th) broken, carpet in room coming up (you could tell that the room is very high traffic/volume of people). The lobby was extremely loud with music/people, the front desk employee we interacted with seemed annoyed at my questions. You also have to pay for parking which was not disclosed when I booked the room. The room was clean & comfortable which made the experience overall ok but because of the chaos & paying to park I likely would not stay here again.

Summary: Service was slow, we had to ask for our complimentary bottled water, the bathroom in our room door looked old & damaged, the shower head was very rusty with lots of mildew. Before our arrival Joe at the general hilton miam customer service line was extremely rude before finally texting the direct number to hilton lagoon so could inform them of our latenight arrival.

Summary: Nice hotel with really nice pool area. Very nice employees at the front desk. We got there at 11am and asked if we could pay extra to check in early. She said she had a deluxe room that we could get into now for $50 more. That was worth it to us as we were tired and wanted to take a nap so we paid the extra. There were a lot of people sitting in the lobby with their suitcases and we definitely didn't want to do that so we really appreciated the early check in. The deluxe room was really big and nice. Love the big bottle of shampoo and conditioner they had in the shower and the lotion in the bathroom. The only downside was the ice maker didn't work on our floor. We had to go down a floor every time we wanted ice. I talked to a man from a few floors up and he said theirs didn't work either and he had to go down a floor also to get ice. We caught the shuttle to the airport which was great. I wish they had a line for the shuttle though. We were outside early waiting and a big group came out at the last minute and went in front of everyone else. My husband and I got the last 2 seats on the shuttle even though we had been out there waiting for 15 minutes. Driver was great though. I would definitely stay here again though.

Summary: Location is great. Room was dated and a bit shabby. Free wifi was very slow. “Premium” paid WiFi wasn’t much better. Breakfast was very expensive for what it was. Wouldn’t recommend this place, lots of better options nearby.
