Summary: The service wasn't too bad. The people were nice. The room wasn't in the best of shape. The wall paper was torn in places. The door kept jamming. The lamp shade was cracked in multiple places. Overall needs maintenance. For being a Hilton, i expected a better experience.

It also appears there was some sort of malfunctioning with the computer system at check in.
