Summary: Overall, our stay was good. We've stayed at other Embassy so the evening reception was fair compared to others. They use disposable plates and plastic ware at breakfast. Their omelets are smaller than other Embassy Suites and the choices on the breakfast bar are good not just as plentiful as others. This may be due to the economy, so this may be the new norm for Embassy Suites. The pool space was good. It closed an hour early each night. The people were friendly and we would stay here again!

Summary: We had several issues with our stay, 2 phones in the room. Neither one worked , we addressed it but it was never resolved, our kids room TV had missing remote control, and would not work without the remote control, it was addressed twice and it wasn’t resolved Many families with kids, their kids were running around the hallways in the main floor, shouting most of our stay ! Some parents were watching them and not doing anything about it!
