Summary: Beautiful, upgraded common facilities (lobby, restaurant, pool) but older stuffy bedrooms. Good location. Excellent customer service

Summary: It has a grand looking and tall ceiling in the lobby and corridor. It should be one of the best Hilton properties. It is also near to the tourist popular royal palace and Su Taung Pyi.

Summary: Hotel is renovating. Sometimes lift didn’t work due to service. But no information about this to residents. Overall, had a great stay apart from some loosed wall plugs.

Summary: Great location opposite to Mandalay Palace. Well trained & courteous staff who are focused on guest care. Very old & slow lifts, need upgrade immediately. The central Aircon did not work during the night & sleep quality was poor. The bathroom tiles are cracked.
