Positive: The location is relatively near to the Jiuzhaigou national park entrance. The premises are generally clean. The interior deco and garden landscaping are beautiful. The breakfast and dinner buffet spread are excellent and good value. The staff are friendly and helpful

Negative: The air-conditioning is centralised and set at the mid-twenties (C) and cannot be individually adjusted. Found it too warm. Didn't sleep well for the three nights we stayed there. Some part of the bathroom floor tiles have dislodged and not repaired.... makes the place look dated and posts a potential accident risk

Summary: Generally a good value for money accommodation in the vicinity of Jiuzhaigou

Positive: Amazing location - going to sleep looking at the mountains was priceless. The hotel room was beautiful - comfortable beds, big bathtub and great shower. The toilet seat was heated which was a really nice touch. The toiletries were Crabtree and Evelyn and smelt amazing. The hotel gave our children little bears and we had a welcome gift of fruit and toffee. We were overwhelmed by all the choices during breakfast the next morning. I especially enjoyed these little fried glutinous balls filled with purple yam paste (still dreaming of those)... I would love to go back to beautiful Jiuzhaigou one day, and stay at the Hilton again.

Negative: I really can't think of anything that could have been better.

Summary: Almost surreal - everything was perfect.

Positive: *Exceptional staff made me feel cared for. In particular, Anna was friendly and approachable; she even had some bath salts for soaking sent to my room after I had had a long day of exploring Jiuzhaigou. Thank you, Anna! *Luxurious and elegant room, with sweeping views of the mountains. My room was serviced daily and spotless. Bed was super comfortable. * Great location. This made exploring the main sights a breeze. * Standout breakfast buffet, with international and Chinese classics.

Positive: Very clean and comfortable staying in Jiuzhaigou. Around 15mins drive to the JZG entrance. Quiet room and beautiful lake at the center of the resort.

Negative: Better if you have driver or tour guide pickup and drop off you to the food district.

Positive: Very helpful staff, picked us up from the road when our bus dropped us in an awkward spot and we didn’t know where to go. Gave good guidance on how to navigate the park in one day.

Negative: Laundry fee quite high (5 undies, 4 pairs of socks, and 1 shirt for ~$40aud), but service was good.

Positive: The room was large with top quality facilities but some simple maintenance would help to create a better impression (squeaky hinges and sliding door runners, wardrobe doors in need of adjustment). The food was good but would have been even better if the plates weren't so cold. We were surprised that they didn't reply to our queries via Booking.com to ask the best way to get to the hotel from the airport. We called in the end and discovered that they would pick us up free of charge. It was lucky that we had a Chinese number and could speak the language, or we would never have known. It would have been quite difficult for non Chinese speakers to find out how to get to the hotel. Having said all this we really liked the hotel, the staff and the location and were very happy with our stay, so it's still a 10 out of 10! We would like to say a special thank you for the help and attention we were given by Andy Wu, Front Office Manager, who even lent us money when we needed some for a visit!
