Positive: The space was nice and there were lots of activities to do on the property.

Negative: The room was farthest away from the boardwalk and the largest outdoor pool and the nearest elevator was not functioning during our stay.

Positive: We loved the location and all the amenities available on site. We made use of the tennis/pickleball courts, pools, and exercise room. The condo was clean, well stocked, and the welcome bag was a nice surprise! The beds were very comfortable.

Negative: We had trouble with the internet and cable connections for the 1st 2 days, and then sporadically for the rest of the week. The Vacasa employee who came to troubleshoot blamed it on kids' unplugging the connections for their xbox, but that was not the case. The connections were out of service long before the boys used their xbox and did not unplug the internet/CATV, which we told the employee multiple times. They did not use the xbox for the remainder of our stay, but we still had sporadic service.

Summary: It was lovely, and we will definitely recommend this to friends and family.
