Summary: The home was prefect for our growing family. we were able to cook most meals during our stay with the home having all the cookware we needed. The grill was great. Easy access to beach with the home located on a dead end road. The park and bike paths next door were amazing. - We have gone on many beach vacations with our family over the years - This home and beach location has moved to the top of our list! We hope to make it back next year.

Summary: We booked this beautiful home for a friend reunion !We are all seniors in our 70’s and chose this home because of the 5 king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. This home has a well equipped kitchen and large dining table. Pool & hot tub were perfect and in the sunshine ! Mackie addressed any concerns promptly and she was a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and located close to a beautiful beach and a park. We would recommend this home to anyone wanting to enjoy the wonders of Hilton Head Island!

Summary: We have rented numerous houses in several different locations, and this is the first one that not only checked every box we had, but lived up to all the expectations in the listing and photos. The house had everything we needed for our 4 families and 10 kids ranging in ages 11-1. The size of the house was perfect, the king suites and bunk rooms were incredible, my wife is still talking about how comfortable the mattress was in our room. The beach was a very short walk, the pool was perfect, and TV's were everywhere! We had some trouble with the Dish, so if it was smart TV, we just connected to our streaming services. The fridge and the bathroom on the main floor by the pool was a game changer for all the kids. To top it off, the host was the most responsive, kind, and informative host I have ever had. Any questions I had seemed like they got answered instantly. We had no issues because everything was perfect, but I am confident that if we had, she would have resolved it immediately.

Summary: For our number of family members and the age range this property is perfect. The common space easily accomodated our 20. The kitchen size made breakfast making for multiple families easy. The pool was a good finisher after a day at the beach or alternative. The beach was an easy 5-10 minute walk and the mat on the sand mademuch easier.

Summary: Just as advertised. Great location. House with plenty of room and layout for multiple families with and without kids. Many places to congregate. Especially enjoyed pool area and proximity to lovely beach. Only downside was that indoor basement rec room wasn't as nice as hoped. It wasn't air conditioned and smelled rather musty. This did not really subtract from experience since there were so many other great spaces. Host Mackie was a great communicator and flexible in important way. Overall, a wonderful family holiday venue.
