Summary: The water in shower temp was scolding hot even the cold water was hot!! I thought I was going to have 3rd degree burns but this stay was better than the last stay here! Also no microwaves in the room which was weird it’s a safe in the area where fridge is !! But other than that staff always friendly !!

Summary: I paid extra for a corner room and was placed on the 7th floor. I checked in around 10pm and asked for a late check out and was denied. I entered the room and my name was misspelled on the TV, there was also a loud rattling sound coming from the AC unit that never stopped while on. I received a text from the hotel with my name spelled wrong asking if I needed anything, I replied that my name was wrong and provided the correct spelling. The only response I got was "ok" and the spelling was never changed. Then I noticed how loud the room was from automobile noise and sirens outside, it was loud with no option for peace and quiet, playing background the whole time helped. The soap holder in the shower was broken, there was a stain on carpet in the middle of the room, and the mini fridge was loud when running and had to be unplugged. I checked out at their time and there was no one near by trying to get into the room, an extra hour before check out would have made a big difference for.me on such a short stay. I won't be returning.

Summary: Good ol’ southern hospitality. Friendly staff and clean comfortable room. Some minor signs of wear but not enough to diminish comfort. If I ever go back to Greenville I would stay here again.

Summary: The room was nice, however the iron and ironing board needed to be replaced. Facilities were dated but well kept. However, charging $10 for parking when no other renovations nor active security was seen around the property after midnight is a bit concerning.

Summary: Had a dead car battery leaving Sat morning. The maintenance guy was awesome- had to try several ways to get it started but he stuck with it Very appreciated!!!

Summary: Bland like boiled unsalted rice. In need of repair. Front desk didn’t GAF. Parking now cost $10 a night in a desolate wasteland, not like it’s right down town. Sad worn out hotel living on a faded brand name.

Summary: One evening as we were leaving hotel there were police in the lobby and several police cars in parking lot. Our room was on same side of hotel entrance where there was a covered patio area and we could hear guests from our room when trying to sleep. Had to pay $10/ night for outside uncovered parking and breakfast was available for $18pp which I thought was a little high.
