Negative: As it was raining , not much shelter when going out as the taxis did not meet you at the door. The bathroom needs to be brighter. As a woman, you spend much time at the mirrors so the lights need to be brighter.

Positive: The location is excellent. Very centrally located to visited the city walls, bell tower, drum tower and the Muslim food street. It’s was extremely clean. Great breakfast choice. Laundry room to do self wash. Freindly helpful staff. Great places for coffee near by and places to eat. Great place for a couple of nights to visit the terracotta warriors

Positive: Room and bathroom dimensions, and breakfast were outstanding!

Negative: Air condition was blowing right on top of the bed, and had a too high minimum level. It was like sleeping with a cold wind on the face. This is the only remark we have about the overall experience

Positive: Loved the location of the property. It was close to the bell tower but not right in the heart of it so it made it more private! Highly enjoyable!

Negative: Nothing! Everything was pretty perfect

Summary: Loved my stay and loved the staff and all the facilities especially the gym and the washing and drying facilities.
