Positive: Easy to find and the staff was very nice.

Negative: Needed better water pressure. Bathroom hairdryer was old/yellow/cracked. Toilet needed replaced because the paint was wearing away. Pillows were awful. Carpet in elevator was almost black in places because it was so stained. Carpet was loose in areas and “bubbling up”. Needed replaced badly. Made me wonder how often the floors in the rooms were cleaned. One of the elevators would get stuck on the top floor and it happened to me 2x. I usually don’t have issues with the Hilton brand but I’m never staying here again.

Summary: I wouldn’t go back. It needs updated and probably a deep clean.

Negative: Mold in the caulking around the tub. Generally a bit worn down and dirty. Only three towels provided for four people.
