Summary: Very nice, updated, very clean, the room was nice and big. Actually much roomier than most hotels which was nice when you have 4 people in a room. The breakfast was above average surprisingly.

Summary: Did not see anything about having to pay for parking in the hotel lot, I was charged. Food was terrible!! They must of poured so much pepper in my pasta could not eat it, plus they did not offer to replaced it.

Summary: The hotel was easy to find and has a good size parking lot with free parking. The room was spacious. We had a double with enough space to fit another bed or couch. The room was pretty clean, however during our wipe down we found one towel with small red stains on it. We brought it to the front desk and they exchanged it immediately. Our only issue was the room had a clear smoke smell when we entered with our family of four with two small children. The hotel has signs in the lobby and hallway stating that this is a smoke-free facility. However, it was clear the previous guests ignored that policy. I thought this issue up at the front desk and I was told the manager would follow up with me, and they never did, even after I checked in three different times to see if a different room was available or a discount could be offered for the inconvenience. I bought Febreeze and aired out the room as best as possible.

Summary: When we arrived, check-in was smooth and easy. Arrived in the room at 10:00 pm to find no toilet paper, no tissues, and not enough towels for the indicated number of guests. Body wash, conditioner, and shampoo were provided in the shower, but the body wash and conditioner were completely empty. Room had a desk, but no chair to sit in at desk. Also surprised to pay for parking as no advanced warning of this charge was given. Pre-paid for breakfast through hotels.com ($20), but was not offered breakfast by the hotel without an additional fee ($15.99 per guest) being paid. ** Hotels.com was FANTASTIC in refunding this charge to my account! Five stars for ease of rectifying this issue.

Summary: We love our room , but there was a Tv issue they took 1 hr yo come & fix. No Netflix or movies. The other guests were horrific children running up & due the hallway all night cursing, trying my door & knocking running away not appropriate behavior there was no superbugs . Hotel needs security

Summary: Staff was extremely friendly at check in. Got to the room and it was not what we reserved. We were supportive have a king size bed with a pull out sofa instead we had 2 queen beds. Because of the hour of our arrival nothing was said until morning. Was told that the hotel was sold out and they did their best to get everyone accommodated
