Summary: The location of this property was perfect for my family and I while visiting family 5 minutes away! Having grown up in Philly, it felt like home! Quiet, walkable and felt safe! Summary: Check in and communication was smooth. Be aware that there are dogs that live in the unit below, though they were mostly quiet. A couple of the lights didn't actually work because they weren't placed close enough to an outlet, which was strange. It was also difficult to locate the AC and figure out the controls -- more detailed instructions about that would be appreciated! The mattresses were also very firm, which could be a plus or minus depending on your preference. The blackout curtains are amazing!Overall very clean and as described in the listing. We'd definitely stay again.

Summary: We stayed one night on our way back home from North Carolina. It was unusually warm for April and there were no air conditioners in the windows. We left them open with the ceiling fans and that was fine....until a car alarm went off multiple times overnight.
